yeah, i know i mentioned my halloween costume a few journals ago. i ordered it off of ebay over a month ago, and unfortunately it has not made an appearance yet

i swear it must be on the slow boat from china...it'll probably show up on monday, too late for the halloween extravaganza at The Wagon Wheel this Saturday.

so the last few days have been hectic, work is crazy (as usual) and i learned this morning that yesterday my company lost $300,000+ on a deal that didn't "perform up to expectations." no bonus for me, it seems. poop.

HOWEVER...

the inherent friday-ness of today makes me smile and last night i purchased a lovely (if not over-priced) costume from lover's lane. it's the cutest french maid you've ever seen

i must admit that i enjoy the sluttiness of the twenty-something girl's halloween. lot's of girls bitch about it, but they're just jealous. stfu and enjoy the nudity, that's what i say!
