days like this make me wish i had a fireplace

the wind has been blowing all day and now there are some wrist-thick branches down in my backyard along with a small wayward patio umbrella from one of our neighbors. and don't forget about 7-10 garbage cans of leaves. i like to think of michigan as being unique for all the pretty leaves that get dumped on us every year, but we're not. makes me wish i had a camera so i could take a picture.

pool again tonight. at some crappy bar in westland. someone hit pause on this weekend so i can take a nice long nap and put off monday some more

on that note, i am off to roll one and find my hello kitty coloring book. maybe i will make some cocoa and PRETEND there's a fire roaring. i still have a couple hours...

EDIT: just noticed that i got booted from sgdetroit.

not like it hasn't happened before. i am on here all the time, but have never made it to an event. now i will never know about upcoming events... oh well.

maybe i should reapply. we'll see.
