Ok all i can say is FUCK the atkin's diet. While yes it is fun to eat hamburgers and fat incesently. I was waking up everyday with a very bad stomache... I was feeling deprived and starting to become obsessed with eating... And it was making me have really weird dreams of eating ice cream cones I could not have.
I have no returned to a normal state of eating whatever I want. I will look at label to make sure i'm not eating 500 carbs in one sitting, but I went out last night, had some wine and some salmon cakes and BAM... I felt so much better, I slept better, I had better dreams, I woke up EARLY today...where as before I was sleeping in till 2 and taking naps.
Fuck BOYS My true romance is with CARBS! They make me OH so happy...
DIETING SUX... I'm now settling for something that I actually love to do and works better than anything GOOD OLD FASHION EXERCISE!

The best fallout from this Atkin's craze is that KFC of all places have ads running now that tout them as "healthy alternatives." Reminiscent of the 50 year old cigarette ads where claims were made about the health benefits of smoking. Doublespeak and sleight of mouth in this country is simply getting out of hand.
