So i decided to get in shape for tour...I know i'm not neccesarily out of shape, but I want to be extra healthy. So I decided to start doing the atkins diet. It's pretty sweet i can eat all kinds of veggies and fat and I lose weight.

This mornings breakfast:

Turkey with mayo and mustard with broccoli and jalepeno ranch

Later on tonight: cheeseburger with no bread with mayo and mustard and celery with blue cheese!

There is nothing like eating fat and gettin skinny! woot woot!

To hell with Atkins. Come over to my apartment and I'll make you my homemade fried chicken and biscuits, all drizzled with honey and butter. After we finish that, I'll serve you some of my poundcake with ice cream. How's that for healthy?
