shiatsu today was fuckin AMAZING. I'm definitely gonna find as many continuing education courses as i can once i'm done with school, because this is way too interesting to pass up. I kinda sorta threw my back out, not paying attention to body mechanics, but i noticed that doing a little bit of yoga tonight was a hell of a lot easier then it's been lately. So it's no biggie.
Even though this one bitch had to almost ruin it with her attitude problem, the day went very well and i learned quite a bit.
