well a week from now i may no longer be homeless. just today i signed my life away on a new APT. i'm nervous and excited all at the same time. nervous on whether i can afford it but excited to be out on my own again and by it's kick ass location.

brownstone, top floor, corner unit, all windows, and hardwood floors. i can't fukin wait for summer, living here. hopefully i'm not jinxing myself... i still need to qualify and the last six months has not treated my credit so well. wish me luck and look forward to a nice big house-warming bash as soon as spring hits.

I hope you get it, doll! What a great location! Punch rocks and so does Chipotle. More importantly, there is an MGM Liquor Wearhouse a few blocks away too! It was great to meet you on Sat. I wish we would've had more time to chat!!
