Dear Mr. Semlak,
It has come to my attention that an individual playing on the MPD team was ejected from an adult hockey league game on January 14th, 2004 during the 10:15 pm game.
Mr. Andy Branch (#77) was given a game misconduct penalty for fighting. That behavior is un-acceptable in the league. The Civic Arena's goal is to offer a recreational adult hockey league. Please inform Mr. Branch that he is suspended from the Eagan Civic Arena adult hockey league and adult open hockey sessions for one game and/or one week, which ever is longer, effective 1/20/04.
