so the gallery thing my sister's been wanting
to get into, and only recently tried... she wanted
me to submit some photos... the idea was, it'd
be a fun thing. heck, we could get in, right?! then
we could sit and shoot the shit while the pretentious
art sorta folks wandered around looking at stuff
talking about their inner feelings of pain for the
oppression of the lesser man and the inner turmoil
created by the over mediazation and commercialization
of the world we live in.. right?..

well I thought it'd be a laugh. she took it seriously
and I thought it'd be funny.. hell I talked to
a friend about coming along and pretending
to be me half the time to screw with people,
so if they came back they'd see someone
else claiming to be me.. that's how seriously
I took it.. I thought it'd be a great laugh..

they announced who they took for it.

i got in. my sister didn't.

fuck. ;/ well see you all at galacorina, guilt
and all. the number of acceptions vs submissions
makes my getting in less cool, and her not
getting in more a slap in the face.. ugh.
