Whee. So since friday 7am, I've had 3 hrs of sleep off and on. But it's for good reasons. Celebrating birthday, part two. Feel free to think up and insert reasons for the above statement. I won't admit.

On my birthday night out, my brother's fiance (who rocks) had a tiny little portable Kodak cam.. I played with it some and realized I needed to bite the bullet and finally buy a small cam. I haven't been shooting much, work's insane, and I can't drag a camera bag everywhere.. So I swallowed my pride on camera specs, and bought a Canon S80 as a birthday gift to me. So far, I like it alot. This cam will NEVER take acceptable pics in low light. But oh well. ISO 400 looks like garbage. But the nice thing is, it has a "decent" macro mode, and drops to iso 50.



Ugh, so here I sit needing to sleep but don't think it's coming.

Guess I can clean up the back yard (like the exciting guy I am). I have enough food, water and booze to not have to leave the house today, and I think I will enjoy the fuck out of that fact .. !!

Here's to hopefully shooting more this year.. big camera or small.
