Mad at myself. Very mad.
I did quite well today on my diet. Ate a Zone Bar, and some Smart One's Frozen Pizza's (the weight watchers ones, so they're super lo-cal and whatnot.) Also drank about a 2 liter of water today as well.
Then I get back from the gym fully intending to have a shake and possibly, POSSIBLY, some stirfry and what do I do?
I eat 3, YES 3, fucking homemade chicken burritos. Granted, they only had chicken tenders (grilled) and lettuce in them with a tablespoon of dressing, but still. Dude. That's like 600 calories from the fucking tortilla shells alone. AND I COULD STILL EAT MORE. Mind you I wasn't even hungry, but I thought I should eat now within the hour after the gym and it'd be better to eat now rather than later. But no.
I am going to be a fatty forever, I can feel it.
On the plus side I realized I am pmsing, so maybe that is why I am eating like there is no tomorrow. Also, minus the stupid tortilla shells and I really didn't eat THAT badly. I mean ok, 3 is ridiculous, but laskjdalsjdaljsad
I give up. I'm going to go throw up now and then I am going to join overeater's anonymous.

Gave in and had a bad lunch... didn't even have dinner and had birthday cake at 3:30am. Yeah plus I didn't make it to Tae Bo. I SUCK.
As for the dreams? I've no idea what they mean..........
