That is the beauty of the journal. The canvas for your rantings and all those things that may or may not seem trivial to everyone else in the world, but do infact mean something to you. It's us (the commenters) who choose to toss our two cents in on the matter. And you pick and scrape off your heart....you really do. Kudos to you Violence Jack. Whether this gal is the right one for you or not, (not knowing her, I couldn't tell) you will meet a woman who completely appreciates a man who digs detail like you do. It really is a rad quality.
I've discovered that it is more or less impossible to understand someone who doesn't tell you anything. So, next chance I get I will interrogate her thoroughly until I have this good and figured out.

I told her today that my plan was persistence. I will keep asking her out, and eventually she will cave. She said yes, yes she probably will. She has given in to the inevitability of me. I am finally reaching her. God, that's a relief. To invest so much of myself in this and not have it work would suck.
