K, so, getting up every morning at 430 am blows goats. Marching everywhere and having a minimum of seven formations a day grates on my nerves. The free food and education and physical fitness are nice. Kinda wish I could get off before 7pm so I could sleep 8 hours and still have time to shower and talk to my loved ones.
Ah, well. When I am done with this I will get to go back to my sedentary college lifestyle with a new qualification that will allow me to get a job working in the field of medicine if I want to. And the phat paychecks I save here will allow me to see the one I love. Sometimes you just have to put your head down, hum a little tune under your breath, and keep putting one foot in front of the other. The distance looks uncrossable until you start making progress.
