DINNER
Chicken breasts (remove bone and skin)
Shell, Spiral or other cute small pasta
Peas
Corn
Spinach
Broccoli
Alfredo sauce
Minced garlic and spices (whatever pleases you)
Cook chicken breasts, then slice into bite sized pieces. Boil pasta at same time if possible. Chop broccoli into bite sized chunks. Drain pasta and return to pot. Add all other ingredients and stir. Dump resulting mess into a container suitable for baking. Cover and bake for a while (an hour is plenty long) at 350ish. Let it cool down for a bit, then eat.
This would probably be better with some nice parmesan and maybe a crunchy topping. Oh, well. Nobody gives a fuck what you eat when you are a batchelor.

HAHA that doesn't sound to bad..but if you want some easy meal ideas..uh have you heard of 30 min meals? Those are the best..I have made a couple and they are so damn good.
