its too damn HOT! i feel like im dieing this heat is really starting to get to me!


had a modelling shoot today for 'in at the deep end records' went really well and we also done some nudes.... i will be posting them up as soon as i get them back :p

also got the 'easy way to quit smoking' book... lets see if it works..ha!

Just some info: nicotene's addictive effects leave your body within a weeks time. if you feel the crave after this, its just a nervous habit. I used to smoke, but once i learned it had nothin to do with the chemicals, I just quit. (as with most drugs- true addiction is after you been on it so long you actually have a toxic dependence - meaning your body is so used to producing the anti toxins that to not give it its normal dose of toxin will throw it into shock) Addiction is mental, and I refuse to let anything control me. biggrin
