Had a great birthday, got tattooed at Bondi, had delicious Indian for dinner. Had a massive dinner with family and friends last night. Expected to have a massive night but it was rather subdued - the upside being that I woke up hangover-free!
About to embark on another stint in this fitness program that saw me lose almost 10kg earlier in the year. Hoping to rock the shit out of some new bikinis when I go to Fiji in November - got some work to do!
