b) chinatown bus - sometimes they have chinese soap operas playing on the tv sets for the whole trip, sometimes there's families loudly travelling on the bus, sometimes its noisy teenagers...sometimes the bus randomly stops to drop off chinese folks who know how to speak to the driver, etc...

take care packing and don't over do it, it's too easy to do when you get single focused like that. i'll be packing boxes this weekend myself, i think i have done it so much in the last two years that i've gotten over hating it. now i just loathe it.
