I don't have too much today:

*It's Thursday
*My neighbor woke me up playing incredilby loud opera
*I decorated for Halloween yesterday and am wondering if it's too soon to dress up
*I want the underwear Sphinxis wearing
*Today is Yillie's birthday. Tell him happy birthday. He is super funny and gives great advice and makes me laugh.
*Today is tigerblood_79's birthday. He is a super cool kat with the best jive stories and is smokin' his way through Amsterdam right now I think.
*I'm bored
I hate restaraunt chains and want their commercials banned from tv.
*That is all. Now have a good day kids, I've packed your lunch and am sending you guys off with a good morning kiss

Don't be afraid. All you are doing is standing up in what you believe. Just make it clear to her and she will listen. Don't go in there and talk about sueing or taking action against the company. All that will do is set a negative tone to the meeting. I am sure that she wants is to hear your side so she can make the right decision. Now if she doesn't take any kind of action, that is when you go forward with legal action. Hopefully she will tell you that your old boss is canned and she would like you for that posistion.
