Vim's overinght sooper-dooper-pooper weight loss plan!!!
1. go to a nice deli late in the day just before they close.
2. pick things out of the glass cabinet that should be made fresh and eaten right away, like marinated veggie salad, grilled, marinated chicken breasts, smoked salmon....etc...
3. eat dinner and watch a scary movie.
4. go to bed feeling strange and then shit liquid every 5 minutes for 12 hours straight.
and there you have it!!!!....12lbs gone in less than 24 hours!!!!...WOO-HOO!!!!
