Dahlia Jean the mermaid queen lived far beneath the seas. In a little pink castle made of coral, in a forest of little sea trees. She swam through the vast castle gardens, with the best of her ocean amigos, like Cid the Squid, Kelly the Jelly, and an eel by the name of Montego.
Each day for the queen was exciting, and full of such magical fun. They'd race to their favorite pirate ship, but Montego the Eel always won.
They'd dance on the sunken treasure, and sing their own pirate song: "With Captain Dahlia at the helm, nothing can ever go wrong!!! YARRR!!!" They'd have sea-tea with Great White Willie, whos stories did truly they love. They'd listen to empty sea shells, and hear the busy world up above. And once a year they'd swim up to the great North Atlantic, where they'd stay at the beautiful Hotel Titanic. For once a year, the Pacific Ballet came to town, and Dahlia loved to dress up in her best seaweed gown. Front row tickets of course, cost a lot of sea money, but have you seen a blue whale in pink tights? It's quite funny. Then back to her pink coral castle, for a mermaid queen does need her rest. She couldn't wait to wake up, and tell mom and dad, about how being a mermaid's the best!!!

whatever
