a true sign that Spring has arrived...

training's good... I just did what comes up as the number one search for the '300 workout.' It's a gym jones inspired right of passage (on my friend Josh's site). What's even better is that I beat the time of all of them except for one... who ironically is the leader of the army that gets defeated.
