marinated grilled jerk pork loin w/ mango scotch bonnet chutney...jerked and grilled butterfly chicken...grilled sweet potatoes...Jamaican red beans and rice...fresh sliced mango and pineapple...a case of RedStripe...some Pato Banton...Tess...Catt...CarrieLynn...Kathleen...Elisa...and myself...

a true sign that Spring has arrived...

is when I start jerkin.

training's good... I just did what comes up as the number one search for the '300 workout.' It's a gym jones inspired right of passage (on my friend Josh's site). What's even better is that I beat the time of all of them except for one... who ironically is the leader of the army that gets defeated.
