butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and a swirl of creme fraiche....lemon and garlic roast chicken served on a bed of balsalmic glazed roasted root vegetables....a yummy spinach salad, with fuji apples, dried cranberries, red onions, and candied walnuts, drizzled with a rasberry vinaigrette...a dry Alsatian riesling, a crackling fireplace, all aglow, and a table full of people I love....Fall, in many ways, is far warmer than Summer.
