klonopin isn't otc, it is a highly controlled substance but it doesn't seem to be effecting me wish they would just legalize weed, it's the only thing that would ever make me sleep.

I should have clarified more. I have been prescribed klonopin before and it worked. The otc stuff does not work for me though.
