so after a long night of nothing except insomnia, i delirious awoke after only 3 hrs of sleep to fire sirens, police, and people screaming. I get up and stumble into my living room, I look out my sliding glass door to see the apartment building across from my smoking with 15 foot flames shooting out the roof. LUCKILY they contained it in about an hour so I didnt have to evacuate and it didnt spread. I got some awesome photos though (will be posted shortly) I had a great view since my back porch was only about 30 feet from the fire.....all the other bystanders were forced to stand behind yellow tape a block away. SO YEA.....interesting day....
