I am now an official freelance camera man in Los Angeles. Today I had my first paying job on a pilot for the Food Network.

The show was called "The UnCooking Show", it was about the new craze called raw vegan. It's vegan, plus no cooking of food....none....

So here is how my day started...

For all those who are curious about my experience of Dr. Phil...yes I was on the show, no I don't know when it will air yet.

For the record, my BAC was .183, over twice the legal limit. I was #6 out of the 30 people
