So far, I love LA...It is a real change from Seattle, but the first week here has been great.
I have done some exploring, saw a show on Hollywood Blvd, checked out a bunch of local production companies and studios for jobs, and spent some time unpacking and getting settled in.
On the drive home today from dropping Roxy off at work, I saw the Kerry/Edwards motorcade driving down the 134 with full CHiPs escort...they had closed down portions of the freeway for them to drive through, all 25 cars or so. There were many police cars, motorcycles, several motorhomes with police lights and a SWAT vehicle and ambulance, quite a sight to see.
PS...Some of you might have noticed the change of ownership in SGSeattle...just for the record, that was a site decision, I had no say in that for some reason. Just thought I would throw that in.............

Glad to hear that your doing good and that you like it down there. Dude, I saw the Kerry/Edwards tour buss on one of the nights I headed down to McCoys Fire House about a month ago. Lots of police bikes and SWAT personel.
