Someone asked about the "pigs.gif" and the number "13"... easy enough. While conforming and trying to fit in during my "high school" years... I wore number 13 on my athletic jerseys... that continued on into my adult life, the number has always been good luck to me... the pigs are nothing more than a feeble substitue to an animal that is often misunderstood... the other white meat.
There are days when I feel like I "morph" into a creature that clings to my spirit... that creature has always been a wolf. I have lived around canine and been out among areas that wolves inhabit... always relating to or seemingly understanding what it would be like to roam and hunt that environ... I keep a passive wolf tattoo on my shoulder to remind me of that bond.
Sorry if that sounds hoaky... but, there are those little things in your life that you try to relate to and understand... I can definitely relate to alot of what Native Americans believed throughout various stages of religious or spiritual belief...

i like the lineage of 13 - kind of alienation/identification...and absolutely i believe in totem animals. my lizard tattoo is based on a totem ~ it came to me in a dream. the wolf thing is v. cool.
