been a while since i have posted here am suffering from depression at the moment, not that oh no-one likes me and i'm a teenager shit, proper stuff where you can barely want to exist anymore but am getting help

thankyou peeps i have been diagnosed with acute bipolar disorder meaning i have no control of my emotions and have moments of joy and rage even sometimes forgetting what has happened moments after it has happened, i am getting the best help i can with it all though
