This project is coming to a close and I am looking forward to a rest. I think I will take a few weeks to myself and then look around for something new to do. I have already been offered two new positions one in the north east and one the west country. The company I am with have also indicated there are other projects in planning stage that I might be interested in.
I just want a rest and to be able to clear my head as this has been a very difficult exercise. I might do some consultancy work for a few months then take the whole summer off, there are so many things I want to do and I haven't had any time since September 2007 when this project began. I also want to change direction a little so I ought to spend some time thinking about my next steps.

So I wanted to show you an old skate board that I am turning into a mosaic piece of art
It, of course is a dia de los muertos theme my favorite. Still have A LOT of work to do, but it's too cold in my art room to do it... have to wait til it warms up some.... but this is what I have so far....
the roses are hard to see because I haven't grouted them yet, but they are gonna look pretty kewl once they are done
