I knew my world would not be the same
Few years of laughter, few of crying
But most years were silent.
I remembered a mechanical emotion
that grew flesh as the gears shut down
To presuade her I took on a role
A hollow messiah, a collector of her damages
She left in the middle of my transformation
In the midst of her exodus my kingdom
Of pixel towers fell into the lonely sea
Swallowed up by the mouth of a greedy child
I suppose it wouldn't last forever.
