Its always to end on a high note so here is the bad first.
-The company I work for is being bought out and everyone is being laid off, I have talked to my old boss for my old job back he said if theres room he will take me back but its up in the air right now. The week after Thanksgiving I will either have another job or no job.
- I need a vacation, the meaningless drudgery of everyday is driving me insane, Im starting to feel helpless and overwhelmed. Maybe a trip to another state, perhaps to Chicago or LA, just something to get away.

I am seeing Finger Eleven this Friday, its a completely free show at a small venue, like less than 50 people venue so theres a good chance I will meet the band, I am not too keen on their new material but their album The Greyest of Blue Skies really got me through some rough times.
And shows are always fun to go to!

Now I want to talk about heroes and inspirations. People we admire and adore, I dont want to say Idols because I found the ideal of an Idol silly to worship someone. I can see worshipping a spiritful entity or something of that nature understandable, (except those crazy bible thumpers that come to my house) but I think "worshipping" someone is superficial.
Anyways when I was growing up I really admired Optimus Prime as a kid I thought he was the coolest thing ever, a robot truck!!
Then as I grew up I started to become more inspired by music, it opened my heart and mind. All this people I still consider true inspirations and I enjoy all the music they make.
Nowadays my biggest inspirations and my "heroes" are filmmakers. These old men and their films make me wanna be a filmmaker myself (fingers crossed) one day.
And of course there are many many others but in the end there is one man who makes me not ashamed of who I am. Without him I probably be in prison or dead...and I love him.
Its my old man's birthday today. 57 and still strong.
