time for a little catch up ....................
so my lack of availablity recently is due to me being a poorly bunny. im almost all mended. as some of you guys know earlier this year i had pnuemonia and i didnt let myself recover.... so basically ive knackered my lungs cos i wouldnt let myself recover and cos of that ive been picking up all sorts of bugs. this means that i have had to pull out of the great south run! i was at the 6 mile mark (i needed to be able to do 10 miles / 16k). the doctor says rest means rest and that means no running for the next month or so!!! im gutted and really disappointed in myself but that is the reason for my crapness.
but on a plus side its 26 days til i see my little sister in Australia. Kathryn (my housemate) has moved out and is now living with her man, which means loads of space for me and jen!!!!!
so whats been going on then? any gossip?
