ok so im attempting to run the geat south run in october (my birthday weekend in fact!) anyway... its 10 miles which is 16k so im a little scared cos im not really built like a runner. so ive decided to do the race for life in july which is 3.6 miles or 5k..... cos i need to get my arse in gear, get fit and loose some weight. anyway its not going very well so tomorrow night ive got a personal training session and my trainer karissa is like a nutter and i think she might actually kill me!!!!!
quick history for you all..... i started to run, well fast walk and a mild jog last summer after me and my ex had an extremley messy break up. i stayed living in our house after i threw all his shit out the bedroom window. i hated being in the house so i decided that getting out and getting fit was the best idea.... 6 months later i moved in with some friends and it all stopped a little so since christmas i have been trying but failing to get back into it. x
