i think if everyone on the planet had either a life of meaningful, creative, or if not either of the two, fun work in some way. suicides and workplace shootings would become very isolated incidents. this crap of people being fired after fourty years of loyalty must not happen in a "civilized society". i think there should be some kind of "conscious capitalism" rules for large ass corporations, so things like this do not happen.
