A- I'm not sure. After a certain amount you just give up on counting. They all blend into one. The answer I always give is five.

One of my favorite parts of my daily routine is going to the gym. I go first thing in the more. I feel like it helps me start my day feeling fresh and good about myself. It helps me wake up and motivates me to keep going through my day.
