Hi. I'm here to tell you it's okay to have more than one day one. Once my kiddo was out of school I didn't have a set gym schedule anymore. I didn't give up, but I didn't push myself as much as I should have. And the sad part was, I knew it. And it did take a toll on me. But today I went back. I lifted and it felt great. I ran and it felt great. So here is to day one.
