Yay, new piercing!
so, this whole piercing experience made me very nervous for some reason. That whole 25 minutes bus trip to hamilton didn't make it any better, but we had an awesome piercer, who was really personable and took the time to actually sit down for 5 minutes, take me through everything and then through everything a little bit more. It was actually really great, every other time I've gotten pierced it's been quick, 30 second cleaning tips and I'm out. I am very happy with it to say the least. Plus I got a smaller stud for my labret which will hopefully fix the swollen growth thing I've got going on (the piercer let out quite a 'scream' when i showed it to him) but he said not to worry about it, a shorter post should do the trick. Other then that it's great. I am sooo incredibally happy with it, I love the way it looks. I also picked up the first season of Puppets Who Kill, which is one of the best TV shows ever, andd, my baby got his side lip pierced! It's so cute, it looks great on him (he had to take his middle lip ring out because he ripped it... um, it wasn't my fault by the way).
My grandmother did put me on a very big guilt trip this morning when I told her about it. She made me feel pretty darn bad, but then again we're really close. I'm sure she'll get over it soon, I don't think I'm going to be getting anymore piercings, just some tattoos in the future, maybe around christmas time. But I'm glad I've waited, got the monroe instead, because I get a lot more time to decide on what the right tattoo should be. I do think I'm going to try dying my hair some funky colours. I've always wanted to and summers the best time to do it, that way if i don't like it it will fade out quicker and I can change it back easier.
