Okay, being a perfectionist is a pain in the ass...
1st of all I have 2 people (Tiffany and Kim) that work for me but I still can't give up working 12 - 14 hours a day making sure that the biz is running as smooth as possible.
2nd of all, I really should hire some more people, but I always know I can do a better job (god I'm stuck up arn't I...haha). "If you want something done, you gotta do it yourself..." That saying has proved itself to me over and over and over again. Any how, I'm even a prefectionist when it comes to photographing product for the websites, so I spent a good portion of the day doing that. But the good new is I FINALLY got some good photos of our new jewelry. We've had these god damn earring in stock for months, but I could not get a photo that I liked, so BEHOLD! My fucking awesome photography skills:
