I'm back, I've found a link to civilization here in the middle of nowhere.
I'm on my way down to central California from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Who knew they'd put a city out here in the wilderness, and one with wireless internet connections?
I've discovered an area of this country so desolate and so deserted, that the few stout souls who do live there, would consider the places you'd call BFE to be a thriving metropolis. I could tell you where this area is, but I'd hate to upset it's obvious monopoly on isolation. I will say, if you ever get the chance to drive from Spokane to Bend, you'll find it along the way, pretty much all along the way.
If you haven't yet, go read suzy_kabloozy's journal. I think she's got quite an imagination, either that or low standards...or most likely, just impeccable taste.
She also has great taste in music, and is the coolest person you could ever hope to meet. And if you're lucky, maybe you'll get that chance when we hit the road in April.
I'm still waiting for those suggestions to come pouring in...any minute now...I know they'll come. Where should we stop for sightseeing, coffee, food, drinks, fun, slutty chick bars

What is your favorite art form and why?
Mine is photography, specifically candid portraits in B&W. Catching a person unaware and unposed, can yield a powerful photograph that can capture and convey their emotion, mood, or personality. I think it comes close to capturing their souls.
