So I fear that I may never see my boyfriend again.
I need a full-time job to pay for the car that I plan to get and a place to live. I can't stand it here anymore. I'll be working Monday-Friday (most likely) and then in the fall I'll be going back to school, which will be evening classes (5-9), Monday-Friday.
If he takes this job at the nightclub, he'll be working most nights from about 9pm until 3 or 4am.
In lighter news, I had a zoo at my house today.
Well, it wasn't really a zoo, but I was walking out of my house to sit on the porch to wait for a friend and a kitty walks up my steps and tries to walk into my house.
Now, I have NO idea where this cat came from, but it tried desperately to get into my house. Then, as I'm sitting there petting the cat, a dog comes around the corner. It had a collar and tags and was quite friendly, so I called him over and he sat on the porch with me as I tried to call his owner.
Tried calling a few times with no answer, then a woman finally picks up and I tell her I live a street over and she says "OH! you found my dog!? THANK YOU SO MUCH!"
It feels good to help people.
Maybe God (if there is one) will let up a little, now that I've done a good deed.
And here's a picture of the cute kitty who seems to have adopted me.
p.s. as you can tell, my porch is in dire need of repainting.
