I don't usually rant, but something has been irking me the past year or so.
So I don't know if it's my particular town or what, but there's a WHOLE BUNCH of older ladies walking around with this haircut:

What would posses you to cut your hair like this when you're 60?

I mean I might understand if it was like one or two, but no, it's like A BUNCH.

First off, WHO IS SUGGESTING THE DAVEY HAVOK TO THESE OLD LADIES?
Is this the only cut they know how to do? Are they all doing each others hair?
