Gonna try and get back into my “What are you playing?” blogs. Let me know what has got your attention lately?! Always keen to add more games to me ‘To-do List.’
At the moment I am smashing the new God of War and it is fucking awesome! Been such a long time since I’ve played a game that has actually bothered with investing its storyline, enjoying it so much. They really nailed the support character of Kratos’ son Atreus, cant think of a game since Bioshock Infinite’s Elizabeth that has worked so well. All the father-son moments are super cute too, so heart-warming hahah, even though Kratos is always so harsh.
I fully recommend everyone to get onto this one, definitely one of the best I’ve played in so long! I found the game-play doesn’t get too repetitive; whenever it kind of started to they would add new abilities, (don’t to spoil anything!) but a new weapon about half way through which made everything about 100x funner haha.
Haven’t finished it yet, every spare moment I have between Uni and Work goes to this game haha.
