Rather than working on my project, which I haven't been working on all day, I did a search of myself on the boards. It's funny how many dumb things I've had to say over the years. Plus, sometimes I totally crack me up. Seriously though, I think it's time to get busy playing a computer game instead of working on my project which is due tommorow. Enough procrastination!
Update: Still no work on the project, but Ian's theory of "Do nothing and problems fix themselves" has been proven yet again! My kitchen sink hasn't been draining for the better part of the year; I tried to fix it when it first got jammed by taking the pipes apart and using Drano, but these didn't work. Basically I gave up on it and haven't been using it, except from time to time when I didn't feel like doing dishes in the bathtub. For no apparent reason, it drains perfectly again. And it's not like I haven't been using it for months and have been missing out, this morning it took about an hour to drain a thin film of water, tonight it works. The sink god is no longer offended by me!
Also, I enjoy the new profile arrangement, but I don't like the fact that everyone can see that I have no testimonials
Further update: I have a testimonial, and it looks really good all alone! Don't feel compelled to add to it. Also, I never had the urge to make my groups or comments private until they became prominently displayed on my profile. Hrm. At the same time it's pretty handy for keeping track of my most recent threads. I've also decided it's a good time to update the image, if I look smug it's because I am.
Final updateL project done, much sleep lost but it really didn't take that long. Most of the problem was that I started around 2AM. After a careful morning review it actually looks pretty damned good.
