I don't know where to start. It has been another long period since writing. But anyway!
I want to start by stating that there is no Love Loss between New Orleans and myself. I fucking hate the place. But with that said, I just got back from my second trip there since Katrina. I still am a bit at a loss of words to describe the place. You can see the videos on TV and see the pictures in magazines and in the paper, but until you go and see it first hand, it is impossible to know how bad it really is there. The only way I can describe it is Seriously Fucked Up. This was the first time I headed out east, on my first trip I just came in off of I-10 past the superdome and on over the river to the west bank. But going out east, a drive I took every day when I lived there, I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. I need to get my thoughts in order and try this again. Anyway it's a fucking mess there.
