Well now seems like a good time to update.
I have been drinking 7 & 7 lately. It reminds me of the old days on the western slope. Living in Glenwood I consumed a ton of them during the fall months. And now with the cool weather it made me feel nostalgic, so a bought a bottle of the 7!
In news that is cool to me, I have tried my hand at re-mixing some Beastie Boys songs. Now, I am not a huge fan of the B-Boys and have not heard a whole album of theres since Ill Communication. But that is almost what makes this neat. See I download the Vocal track and add all my own sounds to go along with the song. Then it sounds good to me, having not heard the original before. So here I am and thinking that my version is awesome, and then I download the original. HOLY SHIT. I am not even close to what it sounded like. I had real instruments and the original was all programmed beats. Well if anyone wants to hear mine let me know and I will e-mail you the mp3.
