Just some background - moved into DC 2 weeks ago, met some cool kids already, always looking to meet up with more folks. As you can tell from my user name, I love vintage scooters (Vespa, Lambretta, oddballs, etc) and just got back from the DMV to get plates for my new smallframe. It should be on the streets by this weekend, and I can't wait.
