I LOVE CALIFORNIA.
Heather, friend of mine from Indianapolis, flew into Phoenix on Thursday night to visit her friends in Tucson. I met her at the airport (Sky Harbor) to keep her company while she picked up a rental car.

On the way to meet Hades for dinner I mentioned we should go to LA on Friday. She loved the idea and was so excited about the idea... Hades just couldn't say no, hee hee.
We were like kids, laughing and giggling and excitement could not be contained.

However we had to check on Hade's sister's house and (big) puppy which is across town on the far west side of town (Avondale/Tolleson). But first we had to stop by our house to pack quick quick for our trip to Los Angeles.

We did the walk of stars, store by store because Heather had to go into every other one. LOL

Saturday we ended up at the Santa Monica pier, where it was packed. I was so surprised how many people were there on Christmas. Heather must have stopped by every table and booth there. And we got on the ride that drops 2 rows of people, kinda like a free fall. WOW !

We left late Friday morning and got back around 1:00AM Sunday morning. There's lots more to say, but need to finish wrapping presents for those we didn't get to see yet.


Hades let me open one of my presents early so I could have something for Yule, on December 21st. It was a beautiful stain glass picture of a Woman faery sitting in a garden with a dragon fly.

Oh by the way got all my gifts for Hades from my friend Cyndi & her hubby, they run a virtual comic book store...

out of her warehouse that she lovingly calls home LOL

There's more to say about the trip, but I need to get a few things done. Like wrap more gifts LOL
