I guess it's time for a brief update.
I had to postpone my shoot due to the makeup artist having previous engagements so it will either be this weekend coming or the following.
However I guess that is good on the weight issue because it gives me a little extra time to lose weight. It's getting a lot harder to lose it now. I have managed to hit 129.4 but you know how that goes. You drink a glass of something and then you are back to 130. However the important bit is I have lost 3 more pounds and have hit the point where I am descending into the 120's. I am pretty much having to knuckle down and unfortunately eat even less to make any headway at this point. I know it's not what is good for me to do but I just need to drop about 5 more and then I am at my goal. Somehow I think there will be a small bit extra but odds are it will all be loose skin by then. At that point then I just have to eat light, continue steaming myself and exercise to tighten it up.
The evidence is becoming pretty clear now that it is nearing it's end because shit, I am starting to see ribs again when I breathe in. lol! I mean there couldn't be that much more fat could there? I mean I have almost lost 1/4th of my starting body weight when I began this.

Nice man. It is nice to see someone that is dedicated. I've been reading a few of your journals and you have been on this path for a while. Good to see that it has all worked out but just stay healthy and love yourself.
