I had nightmares all night and then woke up feeling like shit. So I designated a snow day! I slept in and then woke up to many topics on the board that seemed to cry for some attention by yours truly. I posted my butt off and lounged about.
Midway through my afternoon I decided to have one of those moments where you muse in the mirror about your face/hair/etc. I am sure some boys have this experience, and I KNOW many girls do. So I got out ye olde sizzors and snipped my bangs nice and short again. They have been crying out for some attention and it was time to take action.
I am now super bettie paige again as opposed to before when I was sorta rockin the 5th grade bangs.
Then I noticed the box of hair color I had which was crying out to be used. Dark cherry. Ok!
Now I am waiting for it to develop. I hate my place, so fucking dirty. I got some hair color on the floor and had to wipe it. In the process I ended up with a whole kleenex full of animal hair. Gah! I am feeling lots better now, I hope it was just my usual overworked need for a minute to catch my breath.
I am totally looking forward to getting a new place this summer. I plan to call my potential landlord tomorrow to make sure that it is going to go as planned.
I watched Billy Elliot the other night and am now in love with the kid who is Billy's friend who likes to put on dresses. That boy makes me feel like a dirty old lady.
