Today I was supposed to be in to work at 8 am but I got stuck in traffic and it kept getting later, so I just ditched work and went to spend the morning in the Arboretum. I didn't worry too much because I'm leaving anyway. I called later on to apologize for flaking out on work without calling and to let them know that I wasn't going to come in tommorow (my last day) either. But when I called I felt bad and said that I would come in for my last day of work. The people at work act like me leaving is a big deal, but I've only been there 2 months and I don't have any loyalty to the job. Maybe I'm a bastard----but I just don't really know anyone there well enough to give a shit about leaving. I wish I hadn't said I would come in tommorow, I just want to be done with it and head back to Florida.
